Ray earned his PhD from Logos Christian College and Graduate School and has been a licensed Christian counselor and therapist since 1987.  He is a member of the International Coalition of Apostles, an author and a national/international speaker.  He also has pastored a local church, and is involved with both  radio and television ministry programs.  He is married with 3 children.
